Together, we begin expanding your self-awareness and I introduce you to key concepts you'll use throughout our work together. This phase is about creating a positive, safe foundation and preparing you for deeper transformation.
This is where profound transformation happens. Primarily utilising the Richards Trauma Process — one of the most effective tools for this work — I guide you through three powerful stages:
We identify your underlying limiting beliefs, such as "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not lovable," and shift them to healthier truths, like "I am good enough and worthy of love." This aligns you with Your True Self, creating the foundation for lasting change and preventing self-sabotage.
By addressing your emotional wounding, I facilitate you to remove the emotional charge from past events — freeing you from triggers and releasing trapped energy. This happens without re-traumatising you. You won't need to relive painful details. Instead, I work with you and guide you to engage your inner strength and wisdom with dynamic reimagining to discharge what's been keeping you stuck and repeating unhealthy patterns.
Now that the fog of distress has lifted, and you will have a sense of renewed empowerment, I guide you through a process to create a future vision of your desired life. With an alignment of your conscious mind and subconscious mind, you are ready to unlock creativity and be open to opportunities previously unseen. Being inspired by your own vitality, you will naturally be drawn toward what you want — with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
After clients have shifted some limiting beliefs, gained a broader awareness of themselves and others, healed some emotional wounding, and are developing a healthier framework to live by, I work with them to improve the quality of “Your Relationship With Yourself”.
